Tracey has been in the real estate industry for more than 32 years, beginning in 1979 as an agent for Old Richmond Realty.  After moving to the Triangle area in 1981, she continued her passion for real estate which led to becoming branch manager, and eventually owner, for Chesson Realty.  After years of expansion and growth her company was sought out by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Carolinas Realty which is now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices York Simpson Underwood.  She has established herself as one of the top managers in North Carolina displaying her exceptional creative and leadership skills.
